« We felt a little frustrated because we were promised an “upgrade” at reception, which ultimately turned out to be a downgrade (we booked a 4-flower bungalow and ended up staying in a 3-flower bungalow). For a 5-star campsite, I would also have expected the mini golf area to be cleaner and the tennis balls to be newer (the ones we had were very old). But apart from that, there were also lots of great things: a fantastic swimming pool, a great mini disco and foam party, an excellent shuttle service... and delicious bread in the morning! »

« our spot was too far away from the pools and playgrounds. It was hard with two strollers to go up the hills. The shuttle did not help with the strollers. We came with two little kids and asked several times for another spot, but nothing was done for us. This is unacceptable! »

« For almost 20 years, my family and I have been visiting your establishment. In recent years, however, it has become increasingly clear that cost optimization has become more important to you than quality and customer satisfaction. A few examples: 1. The Wi-Fi only works occasionally, and even then, it is very slow. 2. The functionality of the rooms has suffered greatly, even though the room size is only slightly smaller. For example, in our 4-star accommodation there was no counter space in the kitchen, closet space was missing, and the toilet is so cramped that one has to keep the door open while using it. 3. The water-saving showerheads hardly allow for a proper shower anymore. 4. The training equipment in the fitness area (bikes) has been broken for years. Instead, a lot of money has been spent on a new reception area, the benefit of which does not surpass that of the previous reception. At the same time, prices are regularly increased. Very unsatisfactory. »

« We loved our stay with you. We were there in September when most other campsites are depressing and provide a dismal service. It was brilliant having all facilities fully open - we enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and the snack bar The free train to the beach was also great fun. »

« Zeer fijne camping. Goede accommodatie. Ideaal voor kinderen maar ook voor volwassenen. Mooi zwembad bad voor groot en klein. Zeer mooie ligging. Goed restaurant. 1 aandacht puntje is verschoning beddengoed en handdoeken, dat was onduidelijk. »

« Wir kommen schon über 10 Jahre auf diesem wunderschönen Platz. Wir sind immer Freundlich und sehr gut behandelt worden. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut vor allem die Preise für den Service Top. Duschen und Toiletten immer gepflegt und sauber. Das Schwimmbad ist hervorragend für alt und jung. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Wir waren dieses Jahr etwas enttäuscht das wir vier Tage auf einen Nachbar Platz gehen mussten da les tournels leider ausgebucht war und konnten dann erst 4 Tage später auf diesen schönen Platz für 2 Wochen buchen. Nächstes Jahr wir vorher gebucht damit das nicht nochmal passiert.😊😊😊 »

« It was fine and more quiet then else because the grapes where harvest for the first time in years in the september month, and that was really fine, the animation was better regulated, but you have to look to the old greens, plant more new plants between the pitches for more privacy on the pitch and take more care about the green because they need more water and compostfuel! And look after the motorriders they disturbing the rest, because they drive several times (too much) on the campingplace, that’s really annoying. But compliments to all the people/workers of Les Tournels, they doing a great job! See ya! »

« Very nice campsite with a great pool area and friendly staff. However, due to the long distances and steep paths, things like taking out the trash or going shopping are comparable to a short mountain hike. »

« Sehr schöner Platz mit viel Baumbestand, guten Sanitäranlagen und freundlichem Personal. Gute Unterhaltungs Shows am Abend. Die Nähe zum Strand und schönen Ortschaften machen den Platz attraktiv. »
